You and your friends are locked inside a chocolate shop. Sound scary or a dream come true?
HISTORY OF CACAO You start the evening tasting the different types of chocolate while listening to shop owner David tell the bizarre history of chocolate from the Mayans and Aztecs to current day.
CULTIVATION + PRODUCTION While tasting more chocolate, you'll get a quick view of the complicated process of growing, harvesting, fermenting, roasting, grinding, conching, and tempering -- travelling from countries near the equator to Belgium to Canada.
TRUFFLE-MAKING The crazy fun begins as you get your hands dripping with chocolate to create your own truffles. As this is hard work, you must stop occasionally to taste more chocolate. At the end of the evening, you go home with a big bag of truffles you made yourself, plus a bellyful of chocolate.
