Master Chocolat imports cherries from France and soaks them in brandy and vodka. Afterwards, they are pitted, hand-dipped in fondant, and covered in dark chocolate.
Note: These cherries are different than what you may have bought from Chocolate Regina in previous years. This year's cherries are no longer the liquidy dissolved-cherry mess -- now, the yummy chewiness of the cherry is maintained, along with the liqueur punch.
(Caution: though unlikely, some cherries may contain pits.)
