I am currently chatting with talented, award-winning chocolatiers from across Canada to arrange bringing their creations here to Regina.

When I bought the little chocolate shop in my Cathedral Village neighbourhood in September 2007, I named my company 'Chocolate Regina Ltd.' because my original dream was to have a shop selling a wide selection of the creations of the finest chocolatiers I could find.

For the last thirteen years, my shop on Robinson Street has been an independent dealer exclusively selling products made by one of the best chocolatiers in Canada, if not the world, Chocolaterie Bernard Callebaut.

Today, I want to go back to my original dream: many chocolatiers in one place. The best of the best in one tiny chocolate shop (and on my website.) I knew this was going to be a bit of work, but I never realized how much fun I was going to have. After each conversation with these chocolatiers across Canada, I am so energized by their creativity and brilliance.
